What are the responsibilities and job description for the Processing Supervisor position at Century Mold Co. Inc.?
- Manage Process Set-Up. employees.
- Responsible for Scrap Percentage in Manufacturing (Reduction).
- Consistently working on lowering scrap percentages.
- Responsible for reduction in set-up time (part to part).
- Supply Engineering Department with robust processes for new tools.
- Ensure production jobs are running with good and stable processes.
- Produce a monthly scrap report.
- Order supplies for department that the position supervises as needed.
- Ensure employees are trained and up-to-date with the technical skills in their field.
- Keep current with all of the latest technologies in the plastics processing field.
- Consistently working to reduce cycle times.
- Perform machine testing.
