About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in Omaha, NE. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our established apartment community. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional service to our residents by promptly addressing their maintenance needs and ensuring their satisfaction. You will work closely with the site manager and other techs to ensure that our community is well-maintained meets all safety and regulatory standards and exceeds our client's expectations.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance or a related field
- Experience with basic hand and power tools
- Experience with HVAC maintenance
- Proficiency in Google Apps and Yardi software
- Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen upon offer

As a Maintenance Technician, you will use your expertise in apartment maintenance, basic hand and power tools, and HVAC maintenance to ensure that our community is well-maintained and meets all safety and regulatory standards. You will also use your proficiency in Google Apps and Yardi software to maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities. Additionally, your excellent communication and customer service skills will be essential in responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management and ensuring their satisfaction. Finally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as your strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, will be critical in ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Benefits :
