Position Overview: As a Contracts Clerk at Century West BMW, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the processing, documentation, and management of contracts and agreements related to vehicle sales, financing, and services. You will work closely with our sales team, finance department, and external partners to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all contract-related activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare contracts for accuracy and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
