What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at CENTURY21 Scala Group?
Century 21 Scala Group is an established real estate brokerage. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week). This individual will work closely with our Coach/Trainer and all new hires to our company.
Compensation:$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:- Work comfortably with CRMs (Moxie & Follow-Up Boss)
- Manage Google Docs, Sheets, Calendars, and more
- Use your extensive knowledge of EXCEL for data tracking and reporting
- Track details meticulously to ensure accuracy
- Communicate effectively
- Navigate social media and online platforms
- Be systems-oriented and able to streamline operations
- Provide support to our Broker in tracking new agent productivity
- Experience in an administrative or support role -a Real Estate background is preferable
- Proficiency working with Google Suite, CRM, and real estate platforms
- Advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and on a team
