Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong foundation in data analysis, business analysis, and project management, with proficiency in various programming languages and tools.

Duties

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and visualization tools.
• Perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data integrity and availability for analysis.
• Utilize programming languages such as Python and R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Implement methodologies to manage projects efficiently and effectively.
• Create documentation using Domo to illustrate workflows, processes, and data flows.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Experience

• Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for database querying and management.
• Familiarity with ETL tools such as Domo is a plus.
• Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis tasks.
• Knowledge of project management principles is beneficial.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
