What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at CEO Inc.?
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Hiring for 2nd and 3rd Shifts!!! (M-F with OT available on the weekend)
- Salary: $30-$37/hr depending on experience/skillset
JOB TASKS:
- Monitor machines for mechanical and electrical problems
- Perform efficient repairs on production equipment. Troubleshoot/repair/verify-turn over equipment to production and minimize production downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic/pneumatic systems and scheduled maintenance duties
- Review and maintain any required logs, check sheets, inspection sheets, and work orders
- PLC troubleshooting
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
- Follow all safety policies and procedures including lockout/tagout
- Maintain the safe and efficient operation/repair production equipment
- Recognize and correct safety hazards
- Follow GMP practices to meet company standards
- Ability to understand and adjust machine and set-up parameters
- Recognize product defects and adjust equipment and settings to correct problems
- Provide production staff training, direction, and assistance on equipment operation
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Electrical experience required
- PLC troubleshooting Preferred
- Must have own tools for the position
- Ability to work overtime including weekends as needed
- Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
- Ability to work in a maintenance team environment
- Proven ability to perform in a manufacturing environment, high volume high speed manufacturing experience preferred
- Mechanical Press and/or Thermoforming experience a plus
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and/or blue prints required
- Ability to operate forklifts and man lifts
Must Have: Mechanical and Electrical Troubleshooting, Manufacturing Maintenance, Hydraulics/Pneumatics/PLCs

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
