This position is part of an intensive care team that focuses on assessment and safety planning for those at the greatest risk of danger to self or others or grave disability due to mental illness. This includes crisis assessments and ongoing clinical support services to allow individuals with serious mental illness to continue living in their community and disrupt emergency out-of-area hospitalizations as much as possible.

Scheduling details: 40 Hours/week – variable shifts. They will cover 3& days of on-call. I do not know which days right now as it depends on who they are working opposite and they may change during the assignment. We cover on-call from 6:30 am-10:30 pm. Additionally, they will follow any clients seen in the ER in our clinic during the week. This can typically be done during on-call times. Shift or schedule requirements.
Three 10-hour shifts (typically 8 am-6 pm), plus one 5-hour shift and up to 2 nights on call. May require weekend work.
