i) Human Resources Representative cum Recruiter– Bilingual
Location: Wakefield, Nebraska, USA
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- PHR or other relevant certification is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Experience:
- 2 years in Human Resources or Strong Admin in Manufacturing.
- Must be from high-speed industry.
- Previous clerical experience is required
- Experience of Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word).
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups, customers, vendors or employees of the organizationKnowledge of the ATS and/or HRIS system
- Should have valid driver’s license Fluent in English and Spanish.
