Responsibilities:
- Prioritize safety by leading with example, ensuring proper PPE use and equipment handling in both yard and field
- Maintain daily communication with Account Management to align on customer priorities
- Plan proactively by inspecting job sites ahead of service days and providing crews with clear service plans or punch lists
- Follow up relentlessly on completed work to uphold CEPRA’s quality standards
- Oversee landscape conditions and coordinate with Account Management and branch teams for timely horticulture and irrigation services
- Provide field training to Crew Leaders and Gardeners to support continuous improvement
- Work alongside crews when needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Coordinate tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure job efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure equipment maintenance is performed on schedule and to standard
- Manage equipment inventory for all assigned crews
Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Must have experience managing a diverse workforce, including effectively leading non-English speaking team members and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ability to enforce and ensure safe work practices, with a working knowledge of Florida traffic laws.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and components is a plus.
- Experience in logistics and/or production systems is considered a strong asset
