POSITION SUMMARY :

Reporting to the Materials Manager, this position will assist the Materials Department in various aspects of parts packaging, storage, and picking. Primary Responsibilities are inventory packaging, daily ancillary packaging, and part picking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Regular inventory verification / cycle counts based on usage report.
• Package all after market and OEM parts daily.
• Utilize work instructions to correctly package wide variety of parts.
• Package and inspect all 24 hour turn customer units.
• Put away and locate parts.
• Warehouse organization.
• Kitting and packaging small parts.
• Deliver parts between production and warehouse.
• Post inventory movements in ERP.
• Operate material moving equipment; fork-truck, hand-truck, stand up lift-truck
• Participate in and support the principles of Open Book Management and recognize the responsibilities of being an owner of the company.
• Required to follow safety standards. Required to wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
• Work attendance must be exemplary.
