POSITION SUMMARY :

The Quality Inspector, reporting to the Operations Manager, is responsible for ensuring product quality meets customer expectations and business standards. The role involves establishing and maintaining processes for quality assurance, monitoring products prior to shipment, and analyzing returned items. The Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining quality standards across various facets of the business.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize and present information effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take direction and maintain focus on tasks.
• Positive, professional attitude and strong relationship-building skills.
• Ability to present information in group or training settings.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
