Duties
- Perform installations of automotive parts and accessories according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct auto body repair tasks, including buffing and airless paint spraying, to enhance vehicle aesthetics.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with installation services.
- Execute heavy lifting and maneuvering of automotive components safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize installation processes.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance checks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in auto body repair or as an Installer in a dealership or similar environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques and buffing processes.
- Basic mechanical skills, including welding capabilities, are preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks as required by the job.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
