Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice, review, draft and negotiate documentation and provide all related legal transaction management activities for : Asset-backed securitization transactions;Loan purchase and sale agreements;Letters of intent and bid letters;Structured bilateral facilities;Master repurchase agreements; andTrust, custodial and servicing agreements.
- Advise on legal, regulatory and reputational risks arising in connection with transactions and work closely with the wider Cerberus legal and compliance teams on securities and capital markets legal matters.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams on the development and structuring of new transactions.
Qualifications
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $200,000 and $250,000. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a robust benefits package.
