Cercano Management LLC(“Cercano”) is an SEC registered investment adviser based in Bellevue, WA. Cercano provides investment advisory and other services to ultrahigh net worth individuals and their families as well as their family foundations, charitable organizations and other related entities (collectively as “Clients”). Cercano currently offers discretionary and non-discretionary investment advisory services to certain of its clients pursuant to separately managed account arrangements. These services are tailored based on a comprehensive understanding of each Client’s unique circumstances, asset base, interest, financial goals and objectives. Cercano also serves as the investment manager to privately offered pooled investment vehicles (“Funds” and each a “Fund”). The Funds are generally established as investment vehicles for Clients and made available only to Cercano’s Clients.
Position Summary:
Our Private Wealth Management solution delivers an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Cercano. Our target market is high-net-worth (“HNW”) Individuals with assets in excess of $50MM .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish a broad network of contacts and relationship from which to source and secure high-net-worth clients via direct prospecting and referrals
• Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s background, services and capabilities to develop a compelling narrative and strategy with which to go to market
• Collaborate with internal and external advisors including our robust investment, wealth planning, trust and estate, client service, legal and compliance, business development, and marketing teams
• Implement and utilize CRM and investor databases to track pipeline generation and closing
• Focus on ongoing idea generation and intelligence gathering to drive internal research and production of marketing materials
• Aid in the development and nurturing of lasting engagement with clients by providing ongoing communications and relationship management

Knowledge, experience, skill, and/or ability
Required
• Prior sales, fundraising and business development experience, specifically in the HNW market
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple prospect/client relationships with contending priorities and coordinate team member resources most effectively
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit coupled with an ability to thrive in a lean, a team-oriented environment
• Exceptional client focus, business development, and relationship management skills
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster a strong network relationships
• Fluent in financial markets and investment products/strategies; does not require prior investment experience
• Strong presentation skills
• Flexibility to travel and be on-call as needed
• High level of discretion and professionalism
Education/experience/certifications
• B.A. or B.S. in finance, economics or other relevant field from accredited institution; preferred but not requisite
• 5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management or financial advisory services, with a proven track record of success in sourcing and maintaining client relationships
SALARY RANGE: $125,000 - $150,000 on an annual basis plus eligible for an annual bonus
SALARY DETAILS:
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including, and not limited to location, relevant experience/level, and skillset while balancing internal equity. Our discretionary bonus program is in addition to the base compensation range listed above.
