Position Summary
The Business Analyst will be supporting the Third-party applications department. In this role the BA will be reviewing the current catalog of TPA’s and making recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor / specialist.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Reports to a manager and frequently engaged with organizational leadership.
- Will be responsible for reviewing the current TPA catalog, identify gaps
- Seeks information to fill in the gaps identified
- Facilitates discussion and organizes methodical approach to data review, validation and entry.
- SME knowledge with relational database concepts and IT Service Management (ServiceNow).
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
