Consultant Business Analyst - 12 month contact to hire
Location : Nashville, TN 37211 (remote, but candidates must reside close to Nashville area)
Pay : $50 / hr
Schedule : Day shift, Mon - Fri
Summary :
The Consulting Business Analyst works with the HIM, Coding, and Abstraction department to improve processes and technology. You'll gather requirements, analyze data, and support projects across various platforms. You'll act as a consultant, leading other analysts and ensuring projects meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, technical, and analytical requirements.
- Process Improvement : Develop and maintain business analysis tools, templates, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Project Support : Facilitate solution definition, manage requirements changes, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze data, create reports, and contribute to metrics development.
- Mentorship & Training : Coach and mentor other business analysts and facilitate training on best practices.
