Must have the ability to manage complex incidents across many different technologies. The candidate will need strong facilitation and organization skills and preferably experience in incident management in prior job rolesPrimary Responsibilities :
- 5 or more years of experience with incident, problem, and change processes
- Strong incident management skills, the ability to manage multiple complex technology incidents across many stakeholders
- Broad understanding of the technology stock
- Proficient with ITIL
- Strong facilitation skills and organizational skills
- Experience communicating to Executive leadership
- This position will lead major incidents, coordinate activities, drive recovery, and follow up on post action reviewsQualifications :
- 4 years previous experience managing a change initiative or large component of a program
- 5 years experience leading a team of professionals with individual and team objectives aligned to divisional / organizational business goals
- 8 years experience working in the Information Technology field or division of a large institution#LI-JW1
