Position Description :
Ceribell is seeking a HR / People Operations Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the operationalization of People processes and initiatives within the organization. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day HR support, managing employee records, ensuring compliance, and assisting with employee programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating a positive employee experience and building a career in HR or talent management.There is fantastic opportunity for growth and development for the right person!
Responsibilities :
- Employee Lifecycle Support : Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, records management, compensation changes and internal transfers and offboarding.
- HR Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes for increased efficiency and improved employee experience.
- Technology Optimization : Support the implementation, maintenance and improvement of HR tools and systems, ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
- Employee Engagement & Culture : Collaborate with the People team to support operationalizing initiatives such as employee engagement and company culture.
- HR Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date employee records and assisting with audits.
- Reporting : Assist with the aggregation, preparation and maintenance of HR metrics, reports, and analysis of key performance indicators, such as employee turnover, engagement, and performance metrics.
- HR Support and Case Management : Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, system navigation and procedures.

A candidate's final salary offer will be based on their skills, education, work location and experience, and thus it may differ from the posted range. Compensation may also include bonuses consistent with Ceribell's corporate compensation plan.
