Nature of Work
Aid in creating processes and documentation regarding cyber security. Provide first-level support & direction to end users on a variety of issues, including the setup, repair, maintenance, & upgrade of hardware & software. Identifies, researches & resolves technical problems. Provides network support services as directed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Aid in the creation of baseline filtering for security logging
- Work with senior team members to install and monitor new cyber security tools
- Assist in the creation of cyber security policy documentation
- Document, track, & monitor the problem to ensure a timely resolution
- Provide end-user technical support for computers, applications, & infrastructure
- Complete the setup, testing, & deployment of new PCs, smart phones, & tablets for end users
- Maintain a database of all IT related equipment
- Troubleshoot, recommend, &, as needed, resolve problems on company IT equipment
- Exercise initiative or, as directed, perform additional duties to meet the needs of the organization
