Assist with schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittals, and reports. Maintains job records and files. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project. Ability to travel occasionally required (typically 10% or less).

Nature of Work
Support and assist the project management team in assuring timely and profitable project completion. Assist with schedules, budgets, progress reviews, billings, bids, change orders, submittals, and reports. Maintains job records and files. Interface with subcontractors, owners, vendors, and company personnel to coordinate efficient completion of a project. Ability to travel occasionally required (typically 10% or less).
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and administer project management documentation that may include submittals, transmittals, change orders, etc.
- Assist project manager with budgeting, tracking, and projecting job costs
- Coordinate and communicate with owners, vendors, crews, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to facilitate timely and profitable project completion.
- Maintain all job records and files; assists with archiving project documentation upon completion of project
- Develop operations and maintenance manuals, as required.
- Exercise initiative and perform additional duties as needed to meet the needs of the organization.

- A minimum of a GED or high school diploma
- Two or more years of related work experience required
- Experience working within the building trades (design or construction) preferred; experience working with legal and insurance construction documentation helpful
- Physical demands for this position are moderate. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However, there may be walking, standing, bending or carrying of items (25-50 pounds) such as plan documents, papers, books, parts, etc. There may be times of physical exertion, such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, uneven or rocky surfaces; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing or similar activities. The work may require specific but common physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity. Requires a good ability to see, hear, and speak.
- Standard project site environment that may include machinery, parts and chemicals. May require protective gear.
