Job Description / Responsibilities:
We are a national leader in the residential and commercial painting industry. Our success over more than 25 years locally has been built on the foundation of delivering certainty of a job well done. The primary responsibility is to ensure all painting work is completed in a high quality and timely manner, while maintaining safe job sites and meeting goals. This role requires a leader with the ability to manage and oversee multiple crews and projects simultaneously from inception through completion by scheduling painters, conducting daily job site visits, and responding immediately and courteously to all customer inquiries.

You will focus primarily on residential painting projects. There is opportunity to develop into commercial projects after demonstrating high competency. Your coverage territory will be primarily within the following cities/towns, among other areas: Boulder, Longmont, Erie, Louisville, Lafayette, and Firestone.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly organized and self-motivated
• Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
• Project management, scheduling, or coaching/training experience required
• Associates Degree required
• Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school a plus
• Spanish fluency is not required, but is a plus
• Painting industry knowledge not required, but is a plus
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to work Monday-Friday with some Saturday and occasional nights depending on the project
