Lead Painter / Supervisor

We are a fast-growing and well-known painting company specializing in high-quality interior and exterior painting for businesses and residential clients. We take pride in delivering exceptional results and are looking for a skilled Professional Painter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

· Ability to coordinate and communicate with customers and management staff.

· Responsible for delivering completed projects on budget with 100% customer satisfaction.

· Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, and priming as needed.

· Apply paint, stains, and coatings with precision using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.

· Maintain high-quality standards and attention to detail throughout the painting process.

· Follow all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.

· Work collaboratively with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

· Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

· 2 years of professional painting experience.

· Expertise in various painting techniques and surface preparation.

· Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

· Ability to work in diverse environments and on different surfaces.

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

· OSHA or similar safety training a plus.

· Carpentry experience a plus.

· Experience with aerial lift equipment a plus.

· Experience with pulling a trailer a plus.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
