The Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure all painting work is completed promptly, delivering certainty through this process to the client while maintaining a safe job site and meeting gross margin goals.

- Starting salary of 47K-56K based on experience. Annual bonus potential of 8-10K

- Mileage reimbursement will be paid until vehicle transfer at the beginning of month four.
- Comprehensive training program including online coursework, in-office training, field training, and training at the corporate offices in Audubon, PA
Responsibilities
- Ensure that new and current Job Site Supervisors (JSS) are trained on production methods and that they follow the Certainty Service System (CSS) Production Process
- Ensure that crews are producing jobs at or above the gross margin
- Communicate with the GM, sales staff, and office on items relative to the operation
- Consistently update the master production schedule to maximize the productivity of crews
- Ensure that each JSS is clear on the scope of each project that they are assigned
- Ensure that customer needs and expectations are reviewed at the start of each project and that they are being met during each project by doing job site visits and by using CertaPro technology to communicate with JSS workers and the office
- Ensure that all crews are trained and are following Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) guidelines regarding Lead Safety
Qualifications
- Two years of college, however advanced education or industry coursework is preferred
- At least three years of experience in the residential and commercial painting field; however, supervisory/management experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. However, the ability to speak and read Spanish is preferred.
- To have an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record
- To have own vehicle to use for the first three months of employment

Salary : $55,000 - $66,000
