Location : Newark, NJ (In-Person)
Salary : 90-130k, based on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cefla Operator to manage and oversee our automatic painting machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent, high-quality finishes, maintain the machinery, and work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare the Cefla automatic painting machine for production, including system checks and adjustments.
- Monitor the automated painting process to ensure consistency and quality in application.
- Perform inspections to detect defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in the finished products.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain optimal performance and product standards.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and conduct minor repairs as required.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment settings and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations to maintain a compliant workspace.
