Highlights:
- $60k-$80k first year compensation expected. UNCAPPED commission as part of base salary commission structure
- 90% of the leads are provided - no cold calling
- Company vehicle, laptop, and cell phone
- Defined sales territory, East Nashville, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville
- Conduct in-person customer meetings to estimate painting projects
- Create detailed proposals for customers during the appointment
- Consistently follow-up with current customers and prospects
- Work with production team to ensure success on every project
- Participate in networking groups, home shows, and marketing events
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity and character
- Strong individual contributor with the ability to work as part of a team
- Proven ability to set, meet, and exceed goals
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- College degree preferred, but not required
