Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
- Commission: 4% on sales, with an accelerator package for outstanding results
- Health Insurance: No company-provided plan, but a monthly stipend up to $300 is available
- 401(k): 3% company match (vesting begins after 1 year)
- Work Vehicle: Provided (initially riding with the Franchise Owner, Erik, for the first few months)

Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients within Southern NH, Massachusetts 495-In, Rhode Island, Northern Connecticut, and the Greater Boston area
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals for painting projects
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with internal stakeholders
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data to enhance sales strategies
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Create and implement processes and policies to support overall business growth
- Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components and sales opportunities
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Work with the pricing department to create rate proposals that align with company goals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Prepare and submit sales contracts in compliance with company policies
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales, preferably in the painting or home services industry
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies to coordinate sales efforts with production teams
- Understanding of the painting industry, including materials, logistics, and supply-chain management
- Strong problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions for clients
- Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software for reporting and proposals
- Ability and willingness to travel locally for meetings with prospective and existing clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
