Foreman/Painter

Overview:

To create customers for life through the delivery of the CertaPro® Brand experience in a manner that ensures a quality job completed on budget, while leading an elite team of painters. We specialize in repaints.

Responsibilities:

· Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects

· Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers and painting staff

· Lead a crew of painters.

· Ensure that the entire painting crew is properly attired, and the CertaPro® Brand is represented on the jobsite as required.

· Ensure the painting crew acts in a professional manner.

· Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required and in a timely manner.

· Ensure the Certainty Service System® is being utilized throughout the production process.

Qualifications:

· Experience in a leadership role in a painting or other service company desirable

· Experience planning of a painting project or other relevant projects to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget

· Experience coaching a crew

· Great written and verbal communication skills

· Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor.

· Ability to independently solve problems

Requirments

· Great time management skills

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

· Has own equipment including, ladders, sprayers, tools

· Owns a reliable vehicle

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
