We are looking for a Painter’s Helper for Residential and Commercial Painting work in Flagstaff. Need some experience in painting or related trade, must have transportation and be able to climb ladders. Pay range from $18.00- $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Mask off and cover surfaces with cloth or plastic
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints per specifications
- Prepare/wash surfaces for painting
- Move and set up ladders
- Climb ladders/not afraid of heights
- Move furniture and cover well
- Remove paint splatters when finished
- Clean up all equipment, including brushes and spray guns
- Maintain an organized and clean work area
- Paint using brushes and rollers
Knowledge/Skills
- Excellent attendance, be on time
- Experience with painting preferred
- Positive attitude and works in collaboration with other team members to get projects complete
- Attention to detail and quality standards to get it done right the first time
- Work safely
Requirements
- Have documents to show ability to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to the jobsite each day
- Full time position Monday-Friday
