Key Responsibilities:
- Estimating & Sales:
- Meet with potential customers in the Edison and surrounding areas to assess their painting needs and provide detailed, accurate estimates for residential and commercial projects.
- Present our services professionally and compellingly, helping customers understand the value we provide.
- Customer Service & Follow-up:
- Deliver top-tier customer service, ensuring clear, consistent, and responsive communication with clients from the initial consultation through job completion.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing concerns and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Paint Crews:
- Work closely with our experienced painting crews to ensure project timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Networking & Marketing:
- Attend local networking events, home shows, and community activities to promote our brand and services.
- Generate leads through various marketing efforts, including referrals, online channels, and direct outreach.
- Achieving Sales Goals:
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- Experience:
- 2 years of in-home sales and customer service experience, preferably in a commission-based role.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively use technology, including CRM software, email, and web-based tools.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to succeed.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Positive, energetic, and passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences.
