Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Associate to serve both residential and commercial clients. This role involves developing new business, managing customer relationships, and guiding clients through our painting solutions. Whether engaging with homeowners, property managers, or business owners, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property managers, facility managers, and business owners.
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct on-site and virtual consultations to understand project needs and present tailored painting solutions.
- Create and deliver professional, detailed proposals, ensuring clear documentation of customer requirements.
- Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to project completion, maintaining ongoing communication with clients.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Participate in local networking, trade shows, home shows, and community events to boost brand presence.
- Maintain sales performance through goal-setting, reporting, and CRM documentation.
Qualifications
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or in-home residential sales.
- Background in construction, painting, or home improvement is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary uncapped commission & bonuses (Total earnings potential: $70,000 - $160,000).
