Summary :
The Technical Training Specialist is responsible for facilitating both hands-on and classroom training for field staff, analyzing training metrics, and supporting compliance with process safety. This role involves performing technical assessments on tier progression, assisting with training material development, and ensuring competency in equipment operation, safety, and regulatory compliance. The specialist will collaborate with key stakeholders across HSE, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Compression teams. This position reports to the Learning and Development Manager.
Schedule :
- The schedule follows normal business hours, with occasional work outside of normal business
- This position will work a hybrid work
- The position involves travel within the S. Certarus' WTX regional hubs, with occasional travel to other U.S. hubs as needed.
