ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence CertaSite's digital presence, to drive customer employee demand, engagement, and overall digital experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and agency partners to enhance the brand’s digital presence. Collaborating with internal and external teams.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our products and services and our target audiences; understanding the customer life cycle.
  • Manage digital marketing strategies and tactics including social, email, content hub, website updates.
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of our digital marketing strategy to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project and brand goals.
  • Monitor and analyze digital content and marketing performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Be a trusted adviser and strong collaborator, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support business objectives; marketing, sales, recruiting and operations.
  • Oversee and manage digital spend and effectiveness to drive results and ROI.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies. This role provides significant opportunity for independence and growth. The ideal candidate must be proactive and quick thinking with proven experience managing multiple projects at once.
  • Implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with CertaSite's overall business objectives. Ensure campaigns are data-driven, measurable, and optimized for success. Increase traffic and engagement to the website. Ensure SEO and SEM best practices and strategies are applied while ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
  • Use expertise across CertaSite's social media space to strategize for and manage (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance analytics.
  • Develop and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
  • Stay up to date with the latest web design and development trends and technologies. Identify ways to improve website, email UX, identifying and fulfilling opportunities.
  • Identify email marketing campaigns to various audiences including split testing.
  • Develop, define, create, and implement creative and audience driven digital marketing campaigns, utilizing creative and current UX best practices to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Grow and enhance brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. Assist in the design and editing of digital marketing materials which may include internal and external materials.
  • Identify customer service tools and oversee digital experience and engagement. Identify improved ways to simplify digital customer experience. Knowledge base, live chat, CSX tools.
  • Manage and oversee copywriters, graphic designers, web designers, and SEM consultants to ensure on time, on budget yielding, improve results.
  • Support recruiting marketing efforts, reputation management, social content planning,
  • Monitor marketing data and processes for compliance to ensure we have the highest quality data and governance best practices in place.
  • Support oversight of design and brand management. Experience supporting and influencing creative design and content creation.
  • Maintain consistency in CertaSite's digital presence, ensuring all content reflects the brand's voice, values, and visual identity.
  • Support and execute other marketing duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-8 years of digital marketing experience
  • In-depth experience developing and managing marketing strategies and campaign executions for social, email, blog and web.
  • Expertise with various digital tools and platforms like marketing automation and customer data platforms (HubSpot preferred)
  • Experience with SEO/SEM strategy and keyword research, with proven results
  • Experience with creating content, design, copy, digital, video, and adhering to brand standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

IDEAL QUALITIES

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Social media savvy, particularly with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Proven work experience with CRM systems (i.e. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing communication and measurement
  • Experience collecting and organizing data for systems and marketing activities (e.g., CRM, promotions, email marketing, social engagement, and pipeline)
  • Expertise with various digital tools and platforms like marketing automation and customer data platforms

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Controlled climate, office environment
  • Required to sit for long periods of time, eight hours or more per day and being frequently required to use monitor, keyboard, and phone

WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Controlled climate, office environment, local travel as needed; no overnight travel required, visit customer locations and may have meetings in field settings, required to sit for long periods of time, eight hours or more per day and being frequently required to use monitor, keyboard, and phone
