- Quantity take offs
- Bluebeam & Planswift
- Fluent in MS Office programs
- Prepare cost estimates
- Write proposal notes and qualifications
- Submit cost estimates to client
- Estimate time, labor, and construction materials
- Prepare written proposals and budgets
