Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Specialist to manage financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of our financial records. This role is critical to maintaining the smooth operation of the organization’s accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments/receipts.
- Manage account discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Salary : $24 - $28
