What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Social Media Manager position at Certified Fencing?
Certified Fencing is a busy fence installation contractor in need of a friendly, customer service oriented person to serve as a Receptionist/Social Media Manager.
As a Certified Fencing Receptionist/Social Media Manager you are the first person customers come into contact with, you will have the opportunity to present a positive initial meeting and greeting of customers via phone.
Essential Job Functions:
- Promptly and warmly meet, greet and answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments for estimators
- Bookkeeping via Quickbooks including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Job Costing, Expense Report reconciliation, bank reconciliation
- Perform online marketing communications
- Payroll processing
- Customer Coordination
- Other duties as assigned by management
Essential Job Skills:
- High School education or equivalent, BS preferred
- Background in construction a plus
- Previous experience in a high-standard customer service environment preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to take initiative, coupled with leadership skills and the ability to take charge of a situation
- Strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
- Computer skills: G Suite, Quickbooks online, CRM Software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
