CFI is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Newport on the Levee location. If you are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric team, we have what you’ve been looking for.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and communicating with both internal and external teams. You are the gatekeeper to the scheduling process with installers, stores, and internal staff. The customer service representative will need to utilize a variety of in-house tools daily to keep the schedules up to date.
Duties include:
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with scheduling availability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues or escalate when necessary
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in database system
- Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements include:
- Previous experience in customer service and high-volume phone work preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve customer problems effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy, general tech savviness a must
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary
This is a full-time position, ON-SITE at Newport on the Levee. NO remote work is available. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday.
Experience in/with all types of flooring, construction (new build or remodeling), granite installation/fabrication, kitchen project management (project management) knowledge all helpful.
