• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
• Assist in data entry tasks to ensure accurate client information is maintained.
• Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when necessary.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering outstanding client services.

Skills

• Proven experience in customer service or related fields, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to handle outbound calling with confidence and professionalism.
• Familiarity with office software and customer support tools is preferred.
• A proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing solutions.
