We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator with a passion for building relationships and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Inside Sales:
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and engagement with incoming inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Customer Service:
Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening and understanding their needs, providing appropriate solutions and recommendations.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving issues, coordinating with relevant departments when necessary.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage to drive upsells and cross-sells.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and lead generation efforts.
Provide sales reports and updates to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities. Qualifications:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
