Job Description
Certified Home Nursing Solutions is looking for a Staffing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for implementing human resources systems, including effective staff recruitment and retention, benefits administration, and employee communication programs.
Essential Duties
- Coordinate and conduct new hire Orientation with employee follow-up.
- Coordinate all full-staff in-service education programs.
- Conduct full-staff in-service education programs as directed by Administrator.
- Schedule and conduct monthly safety committee meetings and document minutes.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources preferred.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
