Your Impact

The Ideal Director
- 5 years of progressive hospitality sales leadership with demonstrated experience across major brands (Marriott, Hilton, IHG, etc.)
- Proven track record of revenue growth in both metropolitan and smaller markets
- Experience developing and implementing effective sales training programs
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with property GMs, ownership groups, and brand representatives
- Adaptable problem-solver who thrives in a multi-property environment
A Day in Your Role
Your morning begins reviewing performance metrics across the portfolio, identifying opportunities while celebrating wins across you portfolio of hotels. By mid-morning, you're conducting a virtual training session with sales teams across multiple properties, focusing on capturing emerging corporate accounts. After lunch, you're collaborating with a property GM on revising market strategies to counter new competition, then finalizing quarterly incentive plans that will drive performance. Your day might end with a call to brand representatives about upcoming initiatives or preparing for tomorrow's property visit.
