ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Early Morning Shifts
Assist with “dish” upkeep
Take out trash and boxes
Constantly move throughout the kitchen
Ensure that baked goods WOW guests by maintaining our high-quality standards
Execute required recipes using accurate and consistent methods
Ensure baked goods have an appealing finished product
Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
Regularly operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
Confirm all products meet our food safety and quality standards.
Support team members including leadership
Exude positive attitude under stress
Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
Ability to execute follow-through
