Description
Assists the warehouse manager in the handling of daily administrative and organizational functions in the warehouse. The individual is required to maintain records of all activities and process pertaining to the storage and movement of product in and out of the warehouse. The warehouse clerk will perform all duties as delegated by the warehouse supervisor.

Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists shipping and receiving.
- Unloading trucks
- Checking in product matching purchase and product transfer orders to sales and work orders
- Reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or transfer requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped.
- Moving materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to the designated areas
- Sorting and placing material or items on racks, shelves, or other predetermined area based on size and assigned bin location.
- Filling requisitions, work orders, or request for materials to shipping or to designated shipping storage area.
- Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for salespeople, customer traffic and office staff.
- Gathering customer orders from stock and placing on pallet or packing in shipping box and placing in holding area for shipping.
- Marking material with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Assisting in the counting of physical inventory
- Assisting in completing periodic inventory cycle counts
- May be assigned to facilities maintenance as needed.
- Prepare parcels for mailing, UPS shipment, Federal Express shipment, or any other parcel carrier.
- Sweeping warehouse
- Organize warehouse as directed by warehouse supervisor.
- To complete other duties as outlined by ISO work instruction.
- Perform other duties as required.

COMPETENCIES:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Perform daily safety check of forklift.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Six months or more related experience
- Valid Driver’s license
