What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Roofing Branch Manager - Corporate Branch position at Certified Quality Roofing?
Fast Growing Residential Roofing Company seeks quality individual to grow Residential Roofing replacement team for our Atlanta Market. We are currently in 3 other markets ( Tampa-Orlando-Augusta, Ga ) and opening another Florida market Q- 3 this year. We ar ranked in the Top 2% all Roofing Companies because WE PROVIDE QUALITY LEADS! Reps must ALSO Cold Call and self generate!
We have 2 Roofing Divisions (BOTH Residential):
1. INSURANCE Replacement: Our is 100% UNIQUE in that we have PARTNERED with a Public Adjusting Firm and EVERY CLAIM is filed by THEM!
ALL reps have to do is sign a contingency! True Sign & Go Model!
Reps do not have to ANY of the following:
a. Do NOT have to meet adjuster!
b. Do NOT have to meet the customer for a Build contract!
c. DO NOT have to supervise the build!
d. Reps STILL EARN 10-50-50!
2. RETAIL: We have the BEST RETAIL Division in the city!
Reps ALSO earn commission on Retail!
Duties:
- Manage, Train quality residential roofing replacement consultants
- Exemplify our core principals: Honesty-Integrity-Professionalism-Teamwork
Experience:
- Building a quality professional Roofing sales team
