The Data Governance Manager will refine and advance the data governance function at Accertify, which encompasses data cataloging, lineage documentation, and data quality assessments. They will assess and implement strong data quality, consistency, and compliance standards throughout the organization. Additionally, they will provide project management skills while collaborating with various teams, including Privacy and Information Security, to ensure adherence to global privacy standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Management, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality management, project management, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance policies, standards, and best practices.
- Project management experience, managing workstreams through cross-functional stakeholder teams, and driving accountability for data quality.
- Familiarity with software development practices and contemporary technologies.
- Experience working alongside technical teams in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
