- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
Experience
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with essential office equipment and phone systems
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Office, Excel
