Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed assistance.
Experience
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is required; multilingual candidates are a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with office software and computerized systems for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
