Duties

- Collect and analyze data related to client intake processes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear information regarding available services and resources.
- Supervise intake processes to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Manage conflicts that may arise during the intake process with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary to support clients during their visit.
