Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash register operations, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Identify potential fraudulent activities and report them according to bank policies.
- Support the loan processing team by assisting with loan origination tasks and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of debits and credits for customer accounts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve financial sales goals through effective communication and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a banking environment or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cash register operations are essential.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention detection techniques is a plus.
