Responsibilities
- Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
- Balance cash in teller drawer and vault
- Cross-sell products and services
- Assist customers with account questions
- Ensure teller-related paperwork and reports are properly prepared
- Work within a team environment
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Problem solving skills
- Critical thinking skills
