*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Must love the elderly population and enjoy working with the public.
*Duties*
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate parties
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and maintaining records
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling meetings
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Familiarity with computer applications for basic bookkeeping tasks
*Experience*
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.71 - $18.51 per hour
